Picks of the Week - Pastor Richard Maritim (Kenya)

A doubleheader of gospel songs and upbeat, colorful videos from Kenya.

I don't have much to say about Pastor Richard Maritim. I wish I did. I tried to find some background on him and his gospel group, but I drew a blank.

The music will have to speak for itself. And it does so very nicely. I've listened to "Nyoiywech Kaat" (above) many, many times. The next time I put together a YouTube favorites playlist, it will be there. "Kibendi Tuan" is pretty great too.
