Happy dancing kids, an animated purple hippo in a sumo outfit, and a song that's so catchy it's not to be believed.

Here's another gem from Botswana. It's over a decade old, but so what? It's like new to me.

Sometimes the most hackneyed, worn-out cliches end up being appropriate to the matter at hand. Let's try one. How about "kids of all ages," as in this song and video that's great for kids of all ages? Specifically, it's Slizer Mocha O Chele's "Mma Bana," which is fun for kids of all ages and then some. What's not to like about a Botswanan musician teaming up with a host of happy dancing kids and others and an animated purple hippo in a sumo outfit? I can't think of anything.

It seems the song and video were aimed at kids and I'm far from being one of those. But that didn't stop me from playing it over and over again since first discovering it just this very week. But don't take my word for it. Listen to it. Then listen to it again. Then listen to it a few more times. And so on.
